What we collect and why
Contact form
When you send the contact form, we receive your name, email address, the topic and message you write, and, if you fill them in, your company, country and a link to your pricing page. We also record the page you sent the form from and the time.
We use this information only to reply to you and to follow up on your message, for example to tell you about our cloud Mac service if you asked for it, or to discuss the data of your service. We do not send newsletters or advertising, and we do not sell or share your details with anyone for their own purposes.
Your message is stored in our customer records (currently a private Google Sheet, so Google stores it for us), and the site owner receives a notification with its content through Telegram. The form is processed by our own automation server on our hosting.
We keep your message for as long as we need it to answer and follow up, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete it earlier.
Website analytics
We count visits with GoatCounter, running on our own server. It does not use cookies, does not store your IP address and does not track you across websites. We only see totals: which pages are read, where visitors come from, browser and screen size, approximate country, and clicks on links to providers.
Server logs
Like any website, our web server and proxy record technical data for each request (IP address, time, page, browser). We use these logs only for security and to fix problems.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies.
Legal basis
We process your contact details because you sent them to us and asked us to reply (your consent and the steps you asked for). We keep anonymous visit statistics and server logs in our legitimate interest to run and secure the website.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, to restrict or stop using it, or to give you a copy. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@fidenubi.com. You can also complain to the data protection authority of your country or, in Montenegro, to the Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information.
Changes
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
